1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who sign up at the www.erthpoints.com website and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Anyone can enter unless they are conducting the gaming activity, including determining who is to win a prize in the raffle, or involved in the management of any benefiting organisation. The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd is a charity registered with ACNC and licenced to undertake the raffle, NSW Art Union Authority Number GOCAU/2391.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Raffle.

3.1. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on 20th of October 2021 at 12:00 am AEST and ending on 14th of April 2022 at 11:59 pm AEST. All entries must be received by 14th of April 2022 at 11:59 pm AEST. Tickets draw date: 15th of April 2022. Winners of the draw will be announced on our website on the 15th of April 2022. 

3.2. Amendment to 3.1.
Due to issues regarding Covid restrictions and recent flooding in Queensland, the new Draw date details are as follows: Entries will be accepted online ending on 31st of July 2022 at 11:59 pm AEST. All entries must be received by 31st of July 2022 at 11:59 pm AEST. Tickets draw date: 1st of August 2022. Winners of the draw will be announced on our website on the 1st of August 2022.

4. How to Enter:

a) a CCC’s Supporter submitting an entry using the online form provided at www.erthpoints.com or as marketed by the CCC. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd.
b) an approved CCC participating in a Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd marketing promotion which includes an allocation of raffle tickets as part of the promotion (exclusive to CCC’s). The CCC agrees that all tickets issued under the terms of the promotion will be issued in the name of the CCC and are not transferable.
You must provide the information requested. You may not circumvent the rules. If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd.

5. Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive:

• 1st prize – Tesla Model 3, Pearl White Multi-Coat, Rear-Wheel Drive with Black and White interior and 18’’ Aero Wheels valued at $65,925 plus on-road cost;
• 2nd prize – $5,000 AUD worth of Erth Point (value at the date) Shopping Voucher;
• 3rd prize – $2,000 AUD worth of Erth Point (value at the date) Shopping Voucher.

6. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Rewards4Earth Foundation discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd, to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by a random number generator under the supervision of Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd. Winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following the selection of the Winner. Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by the Winner of the prize offered in this Campaign is conditional upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY the WINNER (AT Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CAMPAIGN, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

9. Rights Granted by You: You understand and agree that Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd, anyone acting on behalf of Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd, and Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd, licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or here after developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Raffle, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

10. Terms & Conditions: Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Raffle should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Raffle. In such case, Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd. Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle or website or violates these Terms & Conditions. Rewards4Earth Foundation Ltd has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Raffle, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
